Terms:

All sales are cash unless credit is established. For credit customers, payment is due on or before the 25th of the month following purchase. Contact us for a credit application.

Claims and Warranty:

​

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and in good condition when they leave the nursery.  We strive to maintain a high quality of plant material, but we cannot give any warranty, expressed or implied, once the plants leave our nursery. Claims for shortages must be made immediately upon delivery. Claims for unsatisfactory material must be made in writing within three days after receipt of stock, otherwise shipment will be deemed satisfactory. Claims for losses while stock is in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. We shall at no time be responsible for more than the purchase price. Any plant material subject to claim must be held for possible inspection by the seller and disposition instructions.

Deliveries:

Local delivery is available for an hourly charge. No minimum for delivery is required. Provide 7 days advance notice. Washington State deliveries only. Please call or email us (jespedal@theplantplacenursery.com) for details.
